A CALL FOR TENDER FOR A SUPERVISORY FIRM FOR THE MICEI SOLAR PROJECT

1. Context of the project

In a bit to support its action and to guarantee the supply of reliable cheaper renewable electricity to its Reference Hospital, Magrabi ICO Cameroon Eye Institute (MICEI), Africa Eye Foundation intends to recruit a company with proven experience to supervise the solar system contractor for the installation of a 140 KW solar array, 150 KW solar inverter, 54 KW battery inverter and batteries.

Duration of works: Three (03) months

2. Composition of the file:

I. Administrative documents in particular:

Legal status;
The tax file;
The identity statement
Localisation Plan
A certificate of non-indebtedness

II. A technical offer comprising:

The company's experience in the areas of execution and supervision of the installation of solar energy systems;
The professional resumes of its technical and supervisory staff of the company to be assigned to the project;
The detailed methodology recommanded for carrying out the work accompanied by a detailed work plan;

III. A financial offer should be included in particular:

An estimate of the total cost of the work;
An indication of financial capacity of the company.

The tour shall be possible from Wednesday to Friday as from 12 noon to 2pm and coordinated by the calling the number +237 670 85 85 33 to fix an appointment.

3. Evaluation of the offers and choice of the company:

The offers will be analysed by a technical committee in accordance with the guidelines obtained from info@micei.org

4. Constitution and presentation of offers:

The offers given to Africa Eye Foundation (AEF) in Obak on the Okola road include 3 envelopes which will separately contain the following documents also in 2 copies:

Envelope 1: administrative documents;
Envelope 2: technical offer;
Envelope 3: financial offer.

These 3 distinct envelopes will be closed and enclosed in a 4th one on which appear only: CALL FOR TENDER FOR THE SUPERVISION OF THE MICEI SOLAR ENERGY PROJECT. Tenders will be submitted no later than Friday 11th June 2021 at 2:30 p.m. at AEF headquarters located at the Obak junction on the Okola road. The opening of tenders will take place in the presence of all candidates on the same day at 3:00 p.m prompt at the same place.
